I began my career in the banking industry with Leominster Credit Union seven years ago. I’ve progressed through the various positions in the branch and am now the branch manager in Sterling. I’ve always felt a sense of family at the credit union, my ideas and suggestions are encouraged, and my learning and development has been supported. The credit union has included me in various classes, workshops, and other opportunities that have helped advance my career. I am proud to be a part of the LCU team – the opportunities here are endless!

I have been working at Leominster Credit Union for over three years, and from the beginning, I knew it was going to be the start of a career for me. I gained an immense amount of knowledge working in the branch which piqued my interest to work in lending. I was promoted to my current role in Collections last year and love it. My prior experience in the branch supports my ability to assist members in my new position. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me here!

I attended Clinton High School and participated in Leominster Credit Union’s high school banking program. As a student, I had no idea what I was interested in. I participated in the summer internship program and worked as a teller. Shortly after, I was hired as a regular employee, and over the last six years, I’ve had the opportunity to work at five of our seven branches. In this time, I progressed through various roles up to my current position as Member Relationship Representative III. I love that, throughout my career with LCU, I have felt heard, supported, and have built many professional relationships.

I began my career with Leominster Credit Union three years ago and had no prior banking experience – I cannot believe how far I’ve come and how much I’ve learned in this short amount of time! Taking a leap of faith, and making a complete change in my career, was the best thing I’ve ever done. I was hired to work in the call center and in less than a year, I was promoted to a senior level in that department. Last year, I was promoted again to my current position in digital services. My role has expanded my industry knowledge even further and I love that I get to collaborate and learn from other departments. LCU truly fosters an environment where “You’re Somebody”; it is reflected in the service we deliver to our members and in the way LCU cares about its employees. I enjoy the work I do, and I love the team I get to work with every day!

I joined Leominster Credit Union six years ago as Assistant Controller and am now in the Controller position. In my time at LCU, I’ve been given the opportunity to contribute to significant projects and committees. I feel a sense of belonging and accomplishment and appreciate that the credit union works hard to do what’s best for our employees, members, and community. When I tell people that I want to stay here for the rest of my career some people laugh because that is not typical of my generation, but the way I see it, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else – I have made friendships and enjoy work-life balance which is important to me since becoming a mom. I love the work that I do and see more professional opportunities for me here!
